Angel Of The North L'Angxelo de la Nordo.



The Angel of the North is a famous statue in Gateshead, County Durham. It was created by the sculptor, Anthony Gormley. The statue weighs 200 tons, is 20 metres tall and has a wingspan of 54 metres.

Porridge Avenkacxo


Every day we have porridge for breakfast.
My husband Derek likes his made with milk & water.
I like mine made with just milk.
We add sugar, yogurt and raisins.
I believe the traditional Scottish method is to add only salt.

Lavenham is a beautiful medieval vilage, with many half-timbered houses.
It was once very prosperous because of its wool trade.
